Delivery
Please note that because we are a v.a.t. registered business we are obliged to include the current rate of v.a.t. on all shipping charges.
All prices advertised on our website are inclusive of v.a.t. at the standard rate.
UK Orders
Orders are shipped via our shipping agents (usually the Post Office, Interlink Express or DHL Carriers).
Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm, so please ensure that the delivery address is somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work, a neighbour, or perhaps even your granny's - Instructions to "leave the goods in a shed, a garage or round the back" cannot be accepted.
We make a small charge for packing.
Orders placed after 1:00pm weekdays are processed and despatched the following working day - Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
Saturday AM deliveries can be arranged, at a higher cost and providing that the order is placed before 12 noon the preceding day and is subject to stock availability.
Unfortunately Saturday AM deliveries are not available in the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey.
International Orders
We do ship to some International destinations, if you wish to make a purchase and require it shipping to a country other than the UK please contact us before placing your order, we will then check that we can ship to the destination and confirm the cost of the shipping.
General Delivery Information
All delivery services are subject to stock availability and we will inform you accordingly should stock not be immediately available.
Charges for shipping services are based on the type of delivery service offered and not speed of service.
For example, an order with a 24 or 48 hour shipping may take 48 hours to forfill but will then be dispatched on the required shipping service.
Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. items not currently in stock) will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock. If you would like your products shipped as soon as stock is available, please contact our sales office at sales@crazykennys.com ; unfortunately a separate P&P charge will apply to each despatch.
Please also note that during busy seasonal times of year (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check with our office for details in the unlikely event that you'll need to allow extra time for delivery.
Orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
Returns Policy
You may return an item within 14 days of purchase for any reason providing that the item is not used, scuffed, scratched, dirty or packaging destroyed so that we cannot sell again as new and that you contact our returns dept by email (sales@crazykennys.com) or telephone + 44 (0) 1909 488 666 to obtain our authorisation.
On receipt of the returned item(s) and subject to our inspection we will be prepared to exchange or refund the item providing that it is returned at the customers expense.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturers limited warranty.
Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship.
Should your purchase be faulty on receipt or become faulty within a 7 day period (from receipt of goods) and subject to inspection by ourselves, will refund or replace the item.
Should your purchase become faulty after this period we reserve the right to have the item repaired or replaced at our or the manufacturers discretion.
Please note that due to the nature of the sport, hockey sticks, shafts and blades do not carry any guarantee against breakage.
When returning an item back to us we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery / Special Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Revision Wheels
Variant wheels
We offer a 30 day warranty on our Variant wheels, but only if they are used according to the Wheel Matrix and on a plastic tile surface such as Sport Court, Ice Court or Stilmat. To have your wheels replaced you need to send them to us for inspection (unfortunately we can’t refund these shipping costs).
Please be aware that small cracks can always arise. We will only replace wheels that are broken (core or urethane), misformed or otherwise unusable. If this happens to your wheels please
e-mail us immediately and include pictures (since shipping can take multiple days). This way we can make sure it happened within the 30 day time span.
