Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
You are advised to always retain a copy of your transaction receipt.
We will e-mail you a confirmation of order within 24 hours of receiving your order, if any of the goods are not immediately available, we will immediately inform you of the expected delivery times
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from a country other than the United Kingdom place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to that of your own countries currency.
We also accept PayPal.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro, due to new online banking procedures all orders are charged on placement of your order.
You may also send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet although this will delay the processing of your order.
After placing your order, should you need to enquire about any part of that order, customers can expect a response to email and telephone enquiries within a maximum of 48 hours.
