1. Do CrazyKennys have a retail shop?
No, we are a mail order business, however we do have callers by appointment.
2. What are your opening hours?
Our hours of business are : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Visits by appointment only. We do not open on Saurdays or Sundays, except by prior arrangement.
3. Do you have a shop in any other location in the U.K.?
Our mail order facility is centrally located in the middle of the U.K. and is highly able to service the whole country.
4. Where are you located?
We are located in Worksop,which is on the North Nottinghamshire / South Yorkshire border. We are 15 miles east of Sheffield and 34 miles north of Nottingham.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Small orders sent by First Class Post or Recorded Delivery usually take 1 - 3 days to arrive, orders sent by our carrier service are shipped on a 2 - 3 day service. Next day and Saturday deliveries can be arranged at extra cost.
6. What if the item is out of stock?
We will inform you if ordered items are out of stock and advise on the estimated delivery time.
7. How do you calculate the delivery costs?
Costs are calculated on the combined weight of the order. Orders under 1 kilo go by post, orders over1 kilo go by carrier.
8. When you deliver, can you leave the package : in the garage, in the conservatory, around the back, through a hole in the wall etc etc.?
Sorry no, we use a "Signed for Service" if no one is available to sign then a card is left, it is then your responsibilty to contact the depot to re - arrange delivery.
9. It's my boyfriend / girlfiend's bithday, can the delivery man sing happy birthday to him / her?
I'm sorry but the delivery men aren't allowed to sing - it's a health and safety thing.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we always welcome international customers but do not ship to every international destination. Please contact us first for confirmation and shipping charges.
11, Are your prices in U.S. Dollars?
Sorry no, all our products are in GBP (Great Britain Pounds). To check the latest currency exchange rates we recommend you check out www.oanda.com
12. Do you give discounts for team purchases?
We offer rock bottom prices to everyone, however in the case of team bulk buys prices may be negotiable in certain circumstances.
13. I play for a team, will you sponsor me?
Sorry no, we much prefer to offer our sponsorship to league competitions and knockout tournaments, this way we feel the benefit is to the many and not just to the few.
14. Our team needs a sponsor, will you sponsor us?
